My van was booked in for its MOT today but I was unable to start it due to a flat battery! Elland MOT centre came up to our house, jump started the van, took it for it’s MOT and brought it back for no additional charge. Absolutely outstanding service, will be using as our regular garage from now on!
We bought our first camper van from Just Cars and Vans early December. Justin could not have been more helpful, talking us around the vehicle and the build process, where they had added bits to it to improve the day to day use from it and making suggestions on what accessories to look at in the future. The van was better in person than the photos looked. They then held the camper until Christmas for us to surprise the children. We have used it a couple of times on day trips and it has been fantastic. We cant wait to get some real trips it it planned.
Always had a pleasant experience. They are honest with issues. They picked up an issue that another garage tried covering up. Also help you out with timings if needed. Communication is great. Would highly recommend :)
I needed an MOT fairly quickly when my main dealer had been in lockdown. Called in to check availability and was given an appointment within a couple of days. Great service and personal customer service. The car was ready at a time they had told me, I was phoned to let me know it was ready. The customer service really impressed me, it was very professional, so much so I booked the car in for an oil/filter. They are busy, but it's not surprising, I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you, it is nice to find a service which is reliable.
I have just had two new tyres and an exhaust fitted on my car at Just cars and Van's. The standard of service is superb, the cost was just over 300, a bargain AND I got a lift home when I left the car. All in all excellent value for money from a garage you can very much rely upon.
